Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. All products may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase except for the following items:
– Radios with missing/removed UPC codes
– Headsets, earpieces, and ear tips with opened packages
– Close-out or Clearance items
– Licenses and Subscriptions
To be eligible for FULL refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@cmi-comm.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returns unless the item was received defective.
Please insure your shipments as we are not responsible for products that are stolen, damaged or lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment unless an exchange was requested.
If the returned item is not in like-new resalable condition, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
