Kenwood KMC-45 Military Spec Remote Speaker Microphone

The KMC-45D is Kenwood's rugged remote speaker microphone, rated IP54/55 against dust and water. It puts the microphone and push-to-talk at the collar so a user can answer without reaching for the radio, which matters when both hands are carrying something. It uses Kenwood's 2-pin audio connector, and Kenwood states that its 2-pin audio accessories are compatible across its portable radio range rather than being tied to one model. If an earpiece is wanted as well, the KHS-26 is a 2.5 mm earphone kit made specifically for this microphone.
