Shipping policy

We're committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Processing
Orders received before 1pm PST (cutoff time) are processed the same day. After 1pm, orders are usually processed by the end of the next business day, but may take up to 2 business days.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping rates are flat and are shown at checkout:

- Standard — $8.00
- Standard — FREE on orders of $90 or more
- Express — $15.00

Once processed, packages are typically delivered within 2–5 business days for Standard service.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Shipping Status
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 days of purchase, please contact customer service.

Order Changes
Changes may be made if the items have not yet shipped.

Item Not Received
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment.

Taxes
Taxes may be applied to your order depending on the applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.
