These are Motorola PMAF4024 antennas for the DTR series, supplied as a pair. Motorola's DTR Series flyer lists the PMAF4024 as a 900 MHz whip antenna covering 902 to 928 MHz, which is the band the DTR radios operate in.
The whip is the longer of the two antennas Motorola offers for these radios. The PMAF4025 stubby, listed beside it in the same table, is shorter and less obtrusive. Length is the trade: a longer antenna is the one to fit where reach matters and a stubby is the one to fit where the radio has to sit flat against the body or clear a doorway.
Antennas get bent, snagged and snapped, and a damaged one costs range long before it stops working altogether. Supplied as a pair, which covers two radios or gives one radio a spare.
