Motorola RLN6304 Drop in Charger Kit RDx Series Radios

The RLN6304 is Motorola's rapid single-unit charging kit for the RDx Series. Motorola's RDx user guide lists it in the chargers table as the Rapid accessory charging kit for the Americas, which places it above the standard drop-in tray in the same range.

It has a second use worth knowing before ordering. The RDx user guide notes that the radio-to-radio cloning cable is designed to operate only with compatible Motorola Solutions single-unit chargers, and names exactly two of them: the RLN6175 standard tray and this RLN6304 rapid kit. So a site that intends to copy a finished channel plan from one radio to the rest over a cable needs one of those two, and the cable itself is ordered separately under part number RLN6303. Motorola is direct about charger pairing generally, stating that its batteries are designed specifically to be used with a Motorola Solutions charger and the reverse, and that charging in non-Motorola equipment may damage the battery and void the battery warranty.
