The V200 is the body camera in Motorola's range built around one idea: reaching a supervisor before a situation escalates, rather than only recording it afterwards.

Motorola describes it as designed with recording and escalation buttons that activate GoLive Audio, so an employee has immediate access to a supervisor or security team while recording continues. That is a different product from a camera that only produces evidence after the fact, and it is the reason to choose this one over the VT-100 for lone or public-facing staff.

It carries dedicated buttons and a top display for checking battery, WiFi and supervisor status at a glance, which matters on a device worn by someone whose hands are busy. Motorola's own framing for the range is that allocation, charging and video offloading run as one process rather than three.
