Shipping Policy

We’re committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. To provide a reliable and efficient shipping experience, we exclusively offer FedEx or UPS Ground service for all shipments.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Processing

  • Orders received before 1pm PST (Cutoff Time) are processed same day.
  • After 1pm, orders are usually processed by the end of the next business day but may take up to 2 business days (Max handing time).

Shipping Method

FedEx or UPS Ground:

Once processed, our shipping partner, FedEx and UPS, ensures your packages are delivered within 2-5 business days. With this service, you can count on timely delivery and careful handling of your orders, so they arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process and based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Shipping fees will be included in your total order amount.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a FedEx or UPS tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package directly on the FedEx website or our tracking page.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is Free for orders $90 or more.

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on your order details. The final shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you’ll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 days of purchase, contact customer service.

Order Changes:

Changes may be made if the items have not been shipped.  Contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will see if your order can be changed.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven’t received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment.

Taxes

Taxes may be applied to your order depending on the applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction. The tax amount will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
