These are Motorola RAN4033 antennas, supplied as a pair. Motorola's RDx Series user guide lists the part in its antenna table as a UHF stubby antenna for 450 to 470 MHz.

A stubby is the short option, chosen where the radio is worn close to the body or has to clear doorways and vehicle interiors without catching. Its band is narrower than the RAN4031 whip in the same table, which covers 438 to 470 MHz, so the two are not simply long and short versions of one part and the radio's programmed frequencies decide which is correct.

Supplied as a pair, which covers two radios or gives one radio a spare.
