Motorola SL300 UHF 2-3 W 2-Channel Non-Display Two-Way Business Radio

The SL300 is Motorola's slim portable, designed to be worn without showing. A stubby antenna and a curved body keep it flat against the wearer rather than snagging or bulging, which is the whole reason a front of house or retail site chooses it over a conventional radio.

This model carries 2 channels on 403 to 470 MHz. With no display the radio is driven by the channel switch alone, which suits a fixed channel plan and removes anything a user can get lost in.

Motorola specifies a 2,300 mAh Li-Ion pack giving up to 15 hours digital and 12.5 hours analog at a 5/5/90 duty cycle, with the note that observed runtime varies. The radio measures 4.95 x 2.17 x 0.87 inches and weighs 5.84 oz (165.6 g) with battery.

Channel fast toggle lets a user scroll ten channels at a time, which is what makes a 99 channel radio usable by hand rather than only through programming software.
